REFUNDS/RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

At NeuLevel Performance, each of our products are made to order to ensure the highest quality and a tailored experience for our clients. As a result, we do not accept returns on any product purchases.

Additionally, due to the nature of our personalized coaching and training/posing services, we do not offer refunds once services are rendered. We are committed to providing exceptional value to our clients and are here to address any questions or concerns you may have regarding our offerings prior to purchase.

To provide the best service experience, we require a 30-day notice to cancel any recurring billing services. For scheduled sessions, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Please note that cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session, will result in forfeiture of that session. We appreciate your understanding and commitment, as this policy helps us maintain availability for all our clients.
